Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. computerpartsireland.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. computerpartsireland.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.


Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, computerpartsireland.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. computerpartsireland.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, computerpartsireland.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Availabiliy of Products
Our products are offered while supplies last. The information on the availability of products comes directly from our suppliers and is provided to you at the moment an order is put through. We cannot be held responsible for any error or exceptional modification.
In the event that a product is not available after you have placed an order, we will inform you by email as quickly as possible so that you may cancel your order.

 

Forwarding - Delivery  - Delivery Charges

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check to see if the products delivered conform to your order or indicate if they are damaged, where appropriate, when you sign for your delivery.

CPI decides on the mode of delivery except where if specially indicated by the customer. The risks associated with delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery usually takes 6-7 working days following the confirmation of your order. Delivery may take longer for areas that are not easily accessible.
The Client must, as of reception, inspect the parcels within the legal timeframe (3 Days)
Please note: conditions such as "acceptance conditional upon verification" or "acceptance conditional upon opening of wrapping" have no legal value with insurers or with transporters.

It is the Client's responsibility to provide proof of missing or broken articles.
CPI will strive to respect the stated delivery times, but cannot be held liable for interest and damages because of late delivery and cannot accept the cancellation of an order on that basis. An order made for articles not in stock may be the object of a longer period of delay or a cancellation. If you not receive your order within the given time frame, you must file a report with CPI no later than 30 calendar days following the dispatch of the parcel. An enquiry will be opened with the carrier. This may take several days. Please enclose proof of ID and a sworn statement stating the delivery address and declaring that the parcel has not been received. CPI is unable to give details regarding further action while the enquiry is underway.

Claims
If the products received do not conform to the invoice, the Client must advise CPI immediately, or at the latest three days beginning with the date the order was received. A copy of the invoice must be attached to the Client's claim. Any claim based on the quality of a product must be accompanied by a specimen of said product containing the flaw as well as a sample still in its original packaging with the appropriate reference numbers for identification.
No claims will be processed that do not adhere to the above conditions.


Return Policy  

Every product you buy from Computerpartsireland.com is backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty.

We simply cannot take back items that were wrongly selected by the customer, we have online technical support on our website from 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, and a dedicated technical team to assist, should you require assistance in selecting the correct products you require.

Subject to your compliance with the Returns section above, if you are returning your goods because they were damaged in transit, the wrong products were delivered, or because the products delivered were materially different from what was described on the website when you purchased the products, then you shall be entitled to a refund of the full product price(s) of the returned product(s) and a refund of the full price of the original delivery charge.

Subject to your compliance with the Returns section above, in all other circumstances you will be entitled to a refund of the full product price(s) of the returned product(s) minus the transaction fee we incurred when processing your online payment only. The original delivery charge will not be refunded.

In no circumstances will you be refunded your cost of delivering the returned goods to us.

Please note, if we reasonably believe the returned goods have been used you will not be entitled to a refund and you will be responsible for charges incurred for the delivery of your returned goods back to yourself within 28 days of our receipt of your returned goods.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, carefully packaged in their original state, with all of their accessories (e.g. CD-ROM, cables, user guides, etc.) and without any modifications to their reference and serial numbers. They must have their labels intact, along with any stamps or marks required for resale.


REGARDING BUNDLES
Bundled items are included while supplies last. Items of similar or greater value may be substituted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall computerpartsireland.com or any of its subsidiaries be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  

 

PROCESSING & PROCESSING TIME
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Payments Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Payments Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.

Please note, credit card processing can take up to 2 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. Your card will be debited as soon as you place an order on our website.

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout Ireland, UK and France. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouses.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT or DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT of your shipment. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. Risk of Loss
All shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from computerpartsireland.com to Customer upon receipt by Customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s) and Customer's rights therein are contained in the license agreement between such licensor(s) and Customer. computerpartsireland.com retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges.

Export Regulations
If this transaction involves an export under the Irish export regulations, the commodities, technology and/or software sold or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale exported from ROI by computerpartsireland.com were exported in accordance with such regulations. Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to Irish law is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution
You and computerpartsireland.com agree to resolve any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase of any product or service from computerpartsireland.com. An agreement to arbitrate will be intended to be broadly interpreted and covers all controversies, disputes, claims arising out or relating to your purchase including, but not limited to contract claims, tort claims and statutory claims, or any combination of claims.
