Buying Televisions from us, Things your should know.

All our Television are Imported from UK or other parts of Europe. Because all our televisions are imported it may present some minor differences to products designed for your country

Below is a list of these differences:
•    your language may not be available in the menus.
•    your country may not be available in the settings.
•    you may need to manually set the order of channels. If you receive channels through a set-top box, this won’t be necessary.
•    full smart services may not be available.
•    the product manual may not be available in your country’s language.

 

Saorview Compatibility

To get the SAORVIEW channels your TV needs to have an MPEG-4 decoder. Please check the TV specification before purchase to make sure the TV you chose supports MPEG-4.

 

Stock Info:

99% of TV’s displayed on our website are in stock. If you wish to know stock information about a TV that you wish to order then you can contact us through our online technical support on our website from 10:00am to 6:00pm or call us on our customer service number 014378823.

Stock Information (In Stock Orders):

99% of products displayed on our website are in stock. Our website is updated once every day so if you place an order and if all items in your order are in stock the order will be processed straight away.

Stock Information (Out of Stock Orders):

If you place an order that is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours with an estimated date of when the product will be back in stock. 99% of the time out of stock items are back in stock on said date as promised. Our promised dates to you are the date given by our suppliers and in rare circumstances the dates change unless we are experiencing delays on our suppliers end. In such cases we will notify you of any change and keep you up to date on the progress of your order. 

Order Cancellation for Out of Stock Items

You are free to cancel the order if you are not willing to wait for your ordered product to be back in stock. If you cancel your order within the first 3 hours of receiving our order confirmation then you will receive a full refund in the first 6 to 12 hours of cancellation.

If you cancel the order after the first 3 hours of notification, the refund processing time can take up to 72 hours. In few cases we may experience delays in refunding your shipping amount which you will be notified of by one of our customer service members.

 

Returning TV’s

Computer Parts Ireland offers free collection and delivery for all Televisions if reported within the first three working days of receiving the TV. You can report a faulty or damaged TV to us by emailing us at contact@computerpartsireland.com.

All returns require a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) to be issued prior to being returned.

All Return Authorisation Numbers are issued by Computer Parts Ireland’s returns division. You will have to contact our customer service by email or by phone to raise a return request.

After the returns request is approved an RAN will be issued. An email confirmation will be sent to you with the return instructions.

If the TV is delivered faulty, wrong TV were delivered, or because the TV delivered were materially different from what was described on the website when you purchased the products, an RAN will be issued in 24 to 48 hours.

 

Damaged TV – Replacement & Refunds

The customer owns the sole responsibility of checking the TV when receiving delivery.

If the TV is delivered damaged, you have the rights to refuse the product delivery, (please return back the TV to the courier immediately)  in such cases you will have to notify CPI the same day. A new replacement TV will be shipped back to you upon receiving the damaged TV from the courier company.

If the product is delivered damaged and you accepted the delivery, you will still be entitled for a replacement or a full refund. In such cases an investigation will be carried out by our transport department in conjunction with the courier company before RNA is issued and a return is authorised. Such investigations can take up to 7 working days to complete. On completion of the investigation a RNA will be issued and a new replacement TV will be shipped to you, If you choose to receive a refund instead then please allow additional 12 working days to receive the refund on completion of the investigation.

All TV’s must be returned to CPI’s Returns Division or as stated on the returns arrangement.  CPI may authorise courier’s to ship the returned TV directly to CPI’s suppliers or authorised repair centre in Ireland, UK or France.

All TV’s must also be accompanied by a returns coupon and be sent by recorded delivery (e.g. Shipper), regardless of whether they are the subject of a refund or a return. If a TV is returned without prior written authorisation from CPI, it will be automatically sent back to the Customer at their expense.

A replacement TV or  a  full refund will be issued after the TV  goes through our initial inspection, products missing the original packaging will have to go through additional inspection process which can take up additional  two to four working days. A full refund will be issued within 14 days after the inspection process is complete.

Please allow 7 to 12 working days from the date of collection/shipping to receive a replacement product and 7 to 20 days to receive a refund.

Forwarding - Delivery  - Delivery Charges

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check to see if the products delivered conform to your order or indicate if they are damaged, where appropriate, when you sign for your delivery.

CPI decides on the mode of delivery except where if specially indicated by the customer. The risks associated with delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery usually takes 6-7 working days following the confirmation of your order. Delivery may take longer for areas that are not easily accessible.
The Customer must, as of reception, inspect the parcels within the legal timeframe (3 Days)
Please note: conditions such as "acceptance conditional upon verification" or "acceptance conditional upon opening of wrapping" have no legal value with insurers or with transporters.

It is the Customer's responsibility to provide proof of missing or broken articles.
CPI will strive to respect the stated delivery times, but cannot be held liable for interest and damages because of late delivery and cannot accept the cancellation of an order on that basis. An order made for articles not in stock may be the object of a longer period of delay or a cancellation. If you not receive your order within the given time frame, you must file a report with CPI no later than 30 calendar days following the dispatch of the parcel. An enquiry will be opened with the carrier. This may take several days. Please enclose proof of ID and a sworn statement stating the delivery address and declaring that the parcel has not been received. CPI is unable to give details regarding further action while the enquiry is underway.
